We loved our morning in the Sikh temple where we worked in the kitchen rolling out dough for chapatis and then baking them. Crowds of people started arriving at noon ready for meals to be served at 12.30. It was a real privilege for us to be allowed to serve the meals for the first sitting. The Sikh temple feeds 25000 people every day and we came away feeling very humbled to have been able to be part of it.
